Italian tradition has a special place in our heart and we want to share it with as many companies as possible. Real Italian pizza was invented in Naples in 1730 to pay homage to Queen Margherita of Savoy. Since then it has grown to become one of the most loved dishes in the world. 

Traditional wood-fired baking, still in use in some restaurants, has recently given way to professional gas-fired or electric ovens.
